Develop a thorough understanding of air cargo procedures and best practices. Learn about the operations of freight forwarders and airline cargo units. Discover types of aircrafts and loading procedures. Review IATA standards on accepting cargo, completing documents and improving customer service. Understand the basics of cargo rating and IATA geography. Obtain essential knowledge on how to use industry manuals such as TACT,OAG World Airways Guides and other cargo manuals.

It requires 160 hrs of class room training. Upon successfully completing the examination student will receive the Diploma in Air Cargo Introductory.
